This is another one of our fantastic ladies road bikes.
The `Contessa` is the women’s version in the Scott range.
The Speedster is their comfortable aluminium model that is available in different spec’s, distinguished by the model number in the range. This model is the top of the range ‘Speedster 15’ so comes fitted with the best spec. This model was highly popular and as such was a worthy competitor to the Specialized Dolce ‘Comp’ and Giant Avail 1 models but offered a slightly higher spec. This particular model comes equipped with 10 speed Shimano 105 gearing with an almost full Shimano 105 groupset.
We have upgraded the bike in a couple of key areas, most notably by replacing the standard Syncros wheels with a much better set of factory Shimano RS 10’s fitted with brand new Schwalbe tyres. We have also upgraded the saddle and the bar tape to compliment the upgrade.
The bike is in good condition with only a few marks on the frame here and there. The bike has been fully refurbished as well as serviced.
In addition to the service the bike has been fitted with a replacement cassette and chain.
As mentioned previously the bike has been serviced and is ready to ride.

As you can see by the spec this is a fabulous bike. Overall a super bike that looks as nice as it rides.
This bike retailed for £1200 new and with the upgrades would easily see that price increase to appx £1500. This bike is an excellent way to in owning a light bike with a high spec with a huge saving on a new model.
A new £700 bike will NOT offer the spec of this bike and would undoubtedly be heavier and less comfortable.
