This is another bike from our excellent range of ‘custom built’ women’s road bikes
The Dolce range starts off with the beginners model and escalates up the range with the Sport, Elite and Comp models within the range. Our particular bike is the base model frame that we have custom built to our own spec that would emulate the ‘Elite’ model within the range.
We decided to create a version that is completely unique hence the name ‘Special Edition’. We have used a Specialized Dolce frameset then used a number of parts from Italian manufacturer Dedacciai to ensure the bike stands out. We have built it using a number of key parts for which each one of which compliments one another. Most of these parts are as new and it would be difficult to tell them apart from new items.
As mentioned above, using Specialized’s A1 frame we have married this with a full Shimano Tiagra groupset ( thus emulating the ‘Elite’ model) albeit the standard bike did NOT have a full groupset.
The bike has new cables (inner and outers) as well as a brand new chain and cassette.
We have fitted a brand new set of Shimano RS 100 factory wheels and a set of brand new of Italian Vittoria tyres to compliment the build. Finishing kit comes from an Italian Selle Italia saddle and new Deda bar tape to complete the package.
