This is a fantastic bike that would be ideally suited as a ‘Sportive` bike.
The Defy model is regarded as the comfort model within the Giant range and this particular model is very light and comfortable as it is made from Giant’s better quality carbon with this particular model appearing near to the top of the range.
The frame is in good condition and shows little wear and tear. The bike comes fitted with a full Shimano 105 groupset as well as a number of in-house Giant Connect parts. We have upgraded the bike in a couple of areas, most notably by fitting a pair of excellent Shimano RS 31 wheels to compliment the ride. We have then matched these to a pair of Schwalbe Lugano tyres. The wheels are light and better than the standard Giant wheels and with the tyres offer superb handling and comfort.
To enhance the ride and overall feel of the bike we have fitted the bike with a brand new set of Giant Connect XP handlebars. These bars offer greater comfort as they are flared, thus giving better ergonomics for the rider. To compliment the bars we have fitted a brand new (high end) Giant Connect SL saddle and super comfy Tenn Outdoors bar tape to finish.
The bike also has a super colour scheme that gives it huge kerb appeal and would make any new owner very happy.
