This is an extremely rare bike.
Glider is a very rare brand and are highly desirable. They have a superb reputation for making amazing framesets and over the last 8 years we have had the privilege to work on a couple of their models that include a couple of our Flagship bikes, namely the ‘GPM’ (shortened from ‘Grand Prix Montagne’ – that was conceived to tackle many Alpine cols in one day; and then race the following day!) and the super ‘Wing Tip’ that was handmade in Italy crafted with the very best carbon fibre and a massive £3000 frame and fork price tag.
This particular bike is made in Northern Italy from the finest Italian Dedacciai aluminium tubing. The build quality is superb as seen by the meticulous attention to detail as seen in their radically shaped tubing. The tubes are mitered together and then carbon is used for the rear triangle. The frame is then completed with matching Black Label carbon forks with a full carbon steerer.
The parts for this bike have been individually sourced for their quality as well as their suitability for the build. Because of it’s Italian pedigree we have spec’d the bike with a full set of matching parts, from Italian brand ITM. The build also includes an Italian saddle, bar tape and tyres. The result of which gives the bike a real Bellisimo feel.
The rest of the build is a full Shimano 105 groupset that give the bike great reliability.
The superb ITM Aero factory wheels are mated to pair of Vittoria Rubino Pro as well as matching ITM custom made ‘Venom’ bar tape.
We are exceptionally pleased with the build. Having ridden the bike myself I can vouch for it’s instant speed and acceleration. You instantly know that you are riding something special. The bike feels expensive and certainly responds and rides like a top quality product.
The ride quality of the Glider is second to none and could only be replicated by a very high-end similar product that is custom made.
With such a unique bike comes an equally unique price and these frames retailed for just under £600. They are handmade in Italy and, as mentioned above, made to a very high standard.
Marcel Wust, a former Pro cyclist, once stated that of all the bikes he had ever ridden the Glider brand was one of his personal favourites.
The bike simply looks stunning in it’s full stealth black livery. We have matched all the parts on the bike to co-ordinate the complete spec. We have purposefully not over spec’d the bike, thus allowing it’s new owner to upgrade it to their own individual liking.

A lot of parts that have been used in this build are new or slightly used. The bike frame is in very good condition as are the wheels with some of the components in exceptional ‘as new’ condition. The seatpost, tyres and bar tape are brand new. Apart from a few blemishes here and there you would find it difficult to fault the overall quality of the bike.
Overall this is an amazing bike, with incredible pedigree that offers fabulous value for money.
