RIBBLE ‘Evo-Pro Carbon’ “Custom Built” Men’s Carbon Road Bike

This is another one of our super ‘Custom Built’ carbon road bikes.

Ordinarily when you order a Ribble from their website you first enter the bike frame that you like and then build it through their in-house `Bike Building` on-line platform. You can build the bike in whatever spec you like; from the type of groupset and components to the tyres.

We have built this bike with a full Shimano Tiagra groupset as we believe it’s not over the top and matches the dynamics of the bike.

Amongst the components we have used to build our bike we have included an excellent pair of Mavic Aksium Factory race wheels fitted with a set of Continental Ultra Sport tyres. The wheels ensure that the ride is fast and surefooted as well as offering super acceleration. The bike and parts have been subject to a refurbishment as well as some major upgrades over that of a standard build. We have used a select range of parts for the finishing kit, so bike the is fitted with a Ritchey stem, Ribble carbon seatpost, Rapide RF bars and a San Marco saddle. Some of the parts are new and some are used, but what we have done is to keep the bike as light as possible.

The Shimano Tiagra groupset is crisp and surefooted and works extremely well with the matching parts throughout. It is the modern 4700 groupset, so is easily the equivalent of yesteryear Shimano 105.

The bike and it’s colour scheme as a result look fantastic.
