This is another one of our fantastic ladies carbon road bikes.
It is also currently our women’s FLAGSHIP bike.
Kuota is an Italian brand, made famous by their artisan frame building, specialising in carbon fibre. Initially, they were made famous for their 2003 model, named the ‘Khan’ that was voted ‘Best Bike of the Year’ by the very well respected French cycle magazine ‘Le Cycle’. Founded in 2001 all of their frames are made from CFR (carbon fibre reinforced resin) from their HQ in Villasanta, Italy.
Kuota now produce all types of bikes ranging from time trial, triathlon, cyclocross and now mountain bikes. They have sponsored many pro peleton road racing teams and been very successful in triathlon too having been the go-to brand for many top athletes including UK Pro Tom Bishop.
Thus the frame is of superb quality with great provenance.
This model, the Kharma Race is their aero bike within their range that has sculptured tubing allowing for air to pass quickly around the frame. The bike is therefore both fast and comfortable, for which is how we have custom built it.
We have built the bike with 11 speed Shimano Ultegra gearing with a an almost full Shimano Ultegra groupset. We have used Shimano as we felt, although Italian Campagnolo would suit the bike, we wanted the bike to be ultra reliable as well as a bit different!
We have, like with many of our custom built bikes, made some significant upgrades in the wheel department where we have fitted a pair of lightweight and streamlined Reynolds Stratus Pro factory wheels. These wheels are light and fast and most importantly suit the style of riding that the bike enjoys. They are complimented by a brand new a pair of Vittoria Rubino Pro tyres, in a fashionable & very vogue 25` width.
Along with the wheels are a few nice touches that include a beautiful Deda Supperlegero stem, extremely light Lix HD handlebars and a combination of super comfy Selle Italia SLS saddle with matching bar tape, both of which have been imported from Italy.
The frame is very good condition and has been well looked after by its previous owner who has owned the bike (frame) from new. We have used a number of new and used parts that compliment the bike. What we have achieved is a super bike, that offers the new owner something completely unique.
What makes the bike even more appealing is the really cool colour scheme which is complemented by the decals.
This bike has been fully custom built by ourselves and assembled by our in-house Cytech 3 approved bicycle mechanic. The spec and design was discussed before we assembled the parts before the build. Thus you would be owning a completely unique and bespoke bike.
The bike has been newly built and is ready to ride.

As you can see by the spec this is a fabulous bike. Overall a super bike that looks as nice as it rides.
We cannot give a true estimate on the bikes value only to say that the real cost to build this bike from new would be over £3000.
