BOWMAN are an independent privately run UK cycle brand based on the outskirts of Sheffield, not too far from the infamous Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District National Park.
The company pride themselves on offering an exceptional product totally geared towards quality. They are very much in the heart of the cycling community and as such ensure they develop their products for the benefit of cyclists.
Their triple butted aluminium frame is made with very thin tubes made that much stronger by triple butting them together enabling both strength and lightness. With this in mind this bike has been custom built with a wishlist of components heralded by the wireless SRAM Red groupset. This groupset married with the very light frame makes the bike extremely light and a very good climbing bike.
In order to enhance its riding characteristics (and flat-line speed) a pair of Mavic carbon wheels have been fitted to offer this element to the bike.
We have matched an Italian Deda stem and bars and bar tape as well as a high-end Use carbon fibre seatpost. Italian Vittoria tyres and CSN seatpost complete the build.
Overall, this is a great UK bike that has been taken to the next level with the its exceptional spec that give it great provenance and superb kerb appeal.
