This is another one of our fantastic ladies road bikes.
Ridley are a Belgian brand, that are synonymous for their cyclocross heritage and their infamous Lotto Soudal Race Team. Both their CX bikes and road bikes have earnt them high praise with many riders choosing them for their excellent ride qualities.
The Liz model is their women’s comfort model that is available in aluminium and carbon and in different spec’s. This particular model is near to the top of the range that offers one of the best allround spec’s. This model was highly popular and as such was a worthy competitor to the Specialized Dolce and Giant Avail models but offered a something slightly different. Our model comes equipped with 10 speed full Shimano Tiagra groupset as well as in-house Ridley / Alex wheels with Shimano hubs. We have fitted brand new Schwalbe colour co-ordinated tyres to give the bike a better ride and give it extra kerb appeal.
What the bike does offer that some new / novice riders may find useful is a triple chainset. With an extra chainring it allows the rider a bigger choice of gears, especially if cycling in hillier areas. (These type of chainsets are not normally fitted to bikes now – thus is quite unusual)
We have upgraded the bike in a couple of key areas, most notably by replacing the standard saddle with a brand new women’s specific Madison one that is both more comfortable but is also colour co-ordinated. We have then matched the bar tape to compliment its looks.
The bike is in very good condition with only a few marks on the frame here and there. The bike has been fully refurbished as well as serviced.
In addition to the service the bike has been fitted with a replacement cassette and chain.
As mentioned previously the bike has been serviced and is ready to ride.

As you can see by the spec this is a fabulous bike. Overall a super bike that looks as nice as it rides.
This bike retailed for appx £1000 new and with the upgrades would easily see that price increase to appx £1150. This bike is an excellent way to in owning a light bike with a high spec with a huge saving on a new model.
A new £700 bike will NOT offer the spec of this bike and would undoubtedly be heavier and less comfortable.
