This is a very good bike and represents excellent value for money. The bike is in fair – good condition with a few marks on the frame and forks. However, our upgrades and refurbishment far outweighs the bike shortcomings.
Orbea have a superb reputation and are highly regarded as one of the best under the radar bikes on the market. With their Spanish pedigree they hold their value very well and offer a unique ride and performance.
Offering a good spec we have custom built this bike from the frame upwards with a range of components that would suit a beginner looking for a bike with great versatility.
It comes fitted with Shimano Sora gearing mated to a triple chainset. To compliment the versatile gearing we have fitted the bike with a very popular pair of cross-top safety brakes that allow the rider to apply the brakes whilst having their hands on the handlebars. The wheels are from UK manufacturer Rodi that have been custom built with Shimano Claris hubs.
We have fitted a new women’s specific Velo saddle that ensures all round comfort.
The bike has then had a light refurbishment as well as a full service that includes brake pads and new cables. The bar tape has been replaced with really comfy Bontrager Gel tape that feels nice on the hands as well thus giving the bike a fresh new look.
As mentioned previously with its super colour scheme the bike has huge kerb appeal and would make any new owner very happy.
